We provide one of the industry's largest product offerings for low down payment jumbo home loans. Most of our loan products are available nationwide with the exception of Maine and Massachusetts. Some restrictions in NY.
These products have NO PMI and NO pre payment penalties.
5% Down Payment:
Available with a minimum 720 MID FICO and for loan amounts $350,000 up to $1,500,000.
Available with a minimum 740 MID FICO and for loan amounts $350,000 up to $2,000,000.
10% Down Payment:
Options for loan amounts $250,000 up to $3,000,000 are available with a minimum 660+ MID FICO Score. Loan amounts over $3,000,000 available on "case by case" evaluations.
10% down options allow for both traditional full income doc loans AND our "no tax return" bank statement deposit loans for self employed borrowers. We have a variety of alternative income loans for the self employed borrower that utilizes allowable tax write downs.

No Major Credit Events (Foreclosure, Short Sale, BK) permitted in prior 4 years at 95% LTV. 2 years major credit event seasoning allowed at 90% LTV. No Major credit event seasoning required at 85% Loan To Value.
PMI is NOT required.
Unlimited # of Borrower financed properties.
Seller paid contributions limited to 3% of Purchase Price.
